And how many different versions of Guetta's album did you get? I heard that if you collect all 86 you get a free ticket to download an alternate version of Love Takes Over that has 14 seconds of extra silence at the end...!

haha shut up the 'One Love' album was really good he's the one who set the trends with that but now its just getting stale even his own new shit they need to change the record and start a new sound....

PS Tom why did you guess at 'When It Was Me' on here and what's with the [StarGate] is there a demo of it they produced??

I LOVE Makeba 'Ever' its one of my favourites of all the demos that leaked I asked her about it but she didn't remember it haha

Yes a Ne-Yo demo leaked of it in September last year, the music being more or less the same as Kalenna - All You Need, meaning the basic chord structure is the same but it's not exactly the same. At first I couldn't for the life of me figure out why anyone would wanna record a totally random track like that, a track that has been released more or less worldwide years ago, and then I figured it was obviously for this. I just now remembered Frankie's "So Predictable" too, it's very likely that was done in the same manner...it wasn't released before, but it was a totally different song written years earlier as well...keep in mind that producers that are connected to her like StarGate are [which this album really showed obviously] can at any given time just do a track for her, it's not like they're gonna wait for her to start an album and see what direction it's going in, they'll just do songs along the process...

Haha I don't like it that much either, for some reason I don't really love a whole lot of Makeba's demos of unreleased songs we got unfortunately...but there's a bunch I do love and pretty much all her tracks with James I can think of are awesome...but if it's a Beyoncé track it was probably for her last album, especially if she doesn't remember it anymore it's not likely to be less than a year or so old lol...

Ahh OK well I guess that makes sense I'll have to listen but surely that would mean it was re-recorded for 'I Am' sessions if it was indeed for Beyonce? And she hasn't worked on this album with SG as far as we know?

No it's not by far that old, listen to it. Even from the Kalenna track it's obvious the beat isn't too old, about a year and a half probably, and this one totally has their recent sound, obviously done around the same time as Grown Ass Woman & Try Me Out [guessing about a year old?]...

Well like I said it's not like StarGate are gonna wait for the word to drop that they're supposed to be submitting new stuff or anything, they'll probably just do tracks over time, and as the album comes closer they can get a bit more specific. There were tons of StarGate demos that leaked in the 2 years up to I Am that were obviously for her that were all totally different and all the songs that were released sounded more 'sophisticated' than most of the other ones [with the exception of Roc I guess]...at least these are what I know or assume are tracks for that album, I probably forgot a few but listen to how different the earliest [Ne-Yo or Cri$tyle] tracks are from what was on the album :

Sort of random but I just remembered this, you know that Wynter / supposedly DarkChild track "Created A Monster", I think she wrote that for her too...

Well, I'm assuming she recorded a new version of Lay Up Under Me with StarGate first but Shea took it over cause they wanted it but it sounded too different from the rest, but I thought he was pretty cool, ask him how it got to be released like that...it seems doubtful to me that she didn't work with them at all, even if it was a while ago when the album didn't necesarilly have this sound yet...

Mary/Sean Garrett have both revealed that 'Love A Woman' was originally a Beyonce solo track and she sent it to Mary to be recorded as a duet with her [stuck up cunt as she is] so I'm guessing its Shea on production unless Mary's reproduced it for her album...

Also, I've added 'Allow Me' as Lamb & Julie Frost did Countdown together and its the only other track with him on her ASCAP listing so very likely Wink
