I just downloaded it dunno if I can even be bothered to listen, she could have at least chosen some more interesting songs to cover as it may as well be called that with these tracks..are they just trying to nail the last nail in her wasted career's coffin?

Oh it's out already 3 whole songs, such generosity...can't believe she even got to cover Hurt, would've figured Trent Reznor is way too cool for that...single cover is horrible as well, aside from the continued retirement home look she's looking at her damn nose...

This 'being inspired' probably means the death of the 2nd club & dubstep-influenced incarnation of the album [who woulda thunk after those amazing single & CD covers], bet it's gonna be full of lullaby bangers by Steve Mac, Steve Robson, Steve Booker & Steve Tedder. It's ironic how normally I'm the one to root for slower albums, but in her case you just know she can't really be trusted to have a bunch of darker songs or at least some interesting lyrical matter...

I know I'm like her biggest fan just for her vocals and beauty plus her nationality but if she puts out another album of dull fucking ballads [even 'Collide' is too ballady for her to be trusted with] and doesn't use half these decent collabos again like last album I'm done with her...

Nah I think she's in the game for the longhaul with her voice I don't think Simon or Clive are leaving her anytime soon or she would have been dropped last album [dismal performance for her]

haha that's sacrilege Celine would be fine with a decent direction I loved the Ne-Yo and The-Dream tracks on her last [?] album and the R. Kelly one + that one with Diana King & Brownstone from back in the day. With voices like hers its gotta be strictly R&B/pop for me to like it any other genre just sounds slushy/mediocre whereas Leona can pull of any genre IMO [which is why she needs to step the fuck out of her tiny guitar ballad box]

Oh haha I totally forgot about that, Skies Of LA was a pretty decent track, don't really remember the Ne-Yo one, it was an early Chuck Harmony track, right? At any rate I can't stand her...have you ever heard Love Is All We Need and Rain, Tax [It's Inevitable] though?

Oh and I just realized a clip of the demo to Open Up leaked, it's August but I think I heard Dean as well, it sounded okay and is somewhat dancey [it leans more towards mid-tempo though]...

And Sean Paul's [shudder, literally] album leaked, it has at least 1 more StarGate track [Put It On You] and How Deep Is Your Love now has Kelly Rowland on it, I think "Won't Stop [Turn Me Out]" has Dewaine Whitmore on it, so prob BK along with "Hold On", didn't really listen properly though, don't really have time + it's Sean Paul...

OMG I just listened it sounds great even with August's awful vocals Leona would kill it I wouldn't mind her doing this although it could do with a bit more clubby production its a decent balance.

Yeah I downloaded it have only listened to the Kelly/Dean track will wait for the credits to see which are worth it haha

did you hear Dean though, I haven't listened again? Sorta random that the first track by them [presumably] we get isn't StarGate...

Will give the tracks a quick listen again in a second, maybe I can figure something else out, I think it's out though but it's not on allmusic...
